MANY HEARTS,
ONE MISSION.
Heart Galleries are portrait exhibits across Texas that illuminate the spirit and individuality of children who want to be adopted.
For our local Heart Gallery of El Paso, this community initiative is much more than a photo—it's a strengths-based, narrative-changing storytelling tool to help connect kids with prospective adoptive families.
Heart Galleries also spark intentional community engagement and support so that children who are adopted thrive in their new families.
Working Together to Support Children Across Texas
Each day, more than 6,000 children in the Texas foster care system are waiting to be adopted and find a place to call home.
The Heart Gallery was born with the purpose of utilizing the power of photography to capture the individuality and dignity of children living in foster care. Statistics show that the communities that have a robust Heart Gallery program have higher adoption rates.
As a community initiative, donors are very important to help sustain our mission and increase the number of youth we are able to support.
Our work is only possible with the support of our community, volunteers offering their services, and hosts who display our gallery for others to see.
